Ski Lodge Åre Sadeln week 9

The lodge is located in the area of sadeln is newly built and has a very high standard. Here you have only one small road to cross before you are on the hill and Åres lift system. Since we were not in Åre all weeks season 24/25, we thought we would rent out to caring people with a sense of quality.
The living space is 240 square meters divided into two levels, 6 bedrooms for 14 people if some can share a double bed. There are TV sets in two of the bedrooms and of course broadband throughout the house. There are 3 bathrooms, one of which is a relax with two showers and sauna. The house offers a stunning view of the valley and lovely and social settings for all guests. Of course, there is a fireplace in the house. The decor has a lovely inviting feel with unique details.
Bed linnen can be rented for the number of guests arriving and towels are included.
On the lower level, you enter a large hall and next to the room is a boot dryer and 2 drying cabinet. On one side lies 2 bedrooms with bunk bed model 90/120 and relax. On the other side lies 2 bedrooms with 140 cm wide beds, 1 larger bedroom with double bed and laundry room with washer and dryer. There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Upstairs, you have an open floor plan with high ceilings. Here is the kitchen and dining area in one part and social spaces in the others with sofa and TV. Between the parts there is the fireplace with a sofa group where you can relax comfortably after a day on the slopes. Upstairs you will also find the master bedroom with its own bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped top of the line with double fridge/freezer, 2 ovens/micro, coffee machine, kettle, toaster etc. Here you can sit in the bar and watch when the chef works.
This house fits best for families or groups of adults. There are residents in the area, which makes it not suitable for the younger crowd.
