Långvik Möja. Cottage on island

Cottage in picturesque environment a stone’s throw from small fishing harbour and ferry jetty, where the Waxholm ferries for Stockholm have several departures per day. Möja (300 inhabitants)is one of the larger islands in the outer archipelago.

The villages have maintained their charm, with turn of the century houses and boathouses, and the island has not been exploited even though it’s very popular.
Möja is brimming with summer life and activities. There’s a country grocery shop, cafés and restaurants.
In the middle of the village of Långvik, near the house, is a nice little inn (Jeppes Gästgiveri). Good food is served there in a cozy environment and fresh bread is also sold.

Beautiful archipelago nature with marked hiking trails and meandering gravel roads across the island. Kayak rental agencies arrange guided tours in the waters surrounding Möja.

At close walking distance from the cottage there is a wonderful small lake with rock bath. Here the water is bathing hot from May to September.
Within 5 minutes from the cottage there is access to sea bath.

In the cottage you will find a living room with a bed sofa with top madrass (140*200 cm), comfortable armchair and a TV with basic channels. Please note that the fireplace is not in use. The living room has a open plan to the dining area and kitchen space. The bed room has a double bed 140*200 cm and one singel bed 90*200 cm. Spring matresses in all beds. Bathroom with shower and WC. Patio with barbecue and sun beds.

Travel time to Stockholm city approx. 2,5 hours by ferry. If you arrive by car you can drive to Värmdö, park your car, and take a ferrry which bring you to Möja in about one hour. We let you know the details when booking. Dont hesitate to ask if you need more information before.

Bikes 350 SEK/week/bike

If there are more than 3 guests, the extra bed can possibly be booked for a child/youth after the owner's approval SEK 1000/week

NOTE: With a Swedish SIM card and an adapter / dongle you can use mobil surf. SIM cards with an adapter / dongle can be bought in larger grocery stores and at most kiosks.
