Summer dream at Värmdö 35 min from Stockholm. Sea property 8 000 m2 with cliffs, small sandy beach and a private jetty. Large sun deck and a sauna by the sea. Guest house with 4 additional beds. Several sunny patios with sets of outdoor furniture. The houses are in very good condition. Spacious and lightflooded rooms with nice areas for socializing and lovely sea view.

The main house approx. 110 m2. Entrance floor: small well-equipped kitchen. Large living room with sofas. Living room open to large dining area with windows to the sea and two sets of dining tables and chairs. Spacious bedroom with double bed (spring matresses 180x200 cm), windows facing the sea and 2 patio doors. Bedroom 2 with one bed (140x200 cm) and exit to a patio where you can have your breakfast. Bedroom 3 with one bed (120x200 cm) exit to terrasse dacing the sea. Small bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine. The upper floor has got a loft with 2 thick matresses 180cm.

The guesthouse approx. 30 m2 can be rented for an additional cost. A large room with sofa, a double bed 180cm + a bunk bed (90 * 200 cm with solid foam mattresses). Kitchen for self-catering. Small laundry room with sink and WC separate. NOTE water not drawn into the house, fill water in can.

Barnvik is an idyllic village by the sea, with rural character and nice woods, close to Stavsnäs harbour, where you can take Vaxholm ferries further out in the archipelago. There are several nice restaurants at a few minutes distance by car or boat.

Distance to Stockholm 39 km (35 min by car). Excellent local communications.

Obligatory departure cleaning service 1 800 SEK main house, 500 SEK guest cottage.
The sauna is cleaned by the guests themselves.

NOTE: Can only be booked for a 2-week period, week 30-31 or 31-32.
