Lillängsdal Ingarö. Panoramic sea view, near beach

This well-equipped house is built on a hill in a natural environment with a magnificent sea view. The location is one of great natural beauty, peacefully situated and close to a sandy beach. The main building (75 m2) is tastefully decorated and bright, with large windows and a stunning panoramic view of the Ingarö bay, Älgö and Saltsjöbaden.

Cosy living room with open fireplace, TV and DVD, with an open design towards the large dining area facing the sea. Well-planned work kitchen with good equipment and a washing machine. Wood stove.

Two spacious bedrooms; one with double bed (160 x 200 cm) and one with a Hästen single bed (90 x 200 cm). The beds have comfortable high quality spring matresses. There’s room to place an extra bed in the bedrooms (collapsible bed junior/ inflatable mattress to borrow). Bathroom with WC and shower. Patio in an angle, amazing sea view. Outdoor furniture and barbecue. Sunny location.

There is also a paved patio in the courtyard. If you are lucky, you might see the sea eagles passing by. They are living on the nearest mountain within sight of the cottage. Please note that the plot has a steep side and is therefore not suitable for small children.

For an additional fee, a guest cabin in an older standard can be booked, approx. 10 m2 with 2 wide single beds (spring mattresses 120*200 and 110*200 cm).

In the adjacent area there’s access to a child friendly sandy beach, playground and barbecue area. There’s also a soccer field at walking distance and forest areas where you can pick wild berries and mushrooms. In the surrounding areas you’ll find several nature reserves, a 36-hole golf course, kayak rental and mini-golf. In the Gustavsberg harbor area there’s a cultural center and restaurants, at Hålludden there’s the Artipelag Art Museum.

Distance to Stockholm approx. 28 km.

NOTE: With a Swedish SIM card and an adapter / dongle you can use mobil surf. SIM cards with an adapter / dongle can be bought in larger grocery stores and at most kiosks.
