Nice apartment in central Remundberget for rent

The apartment is located at the top right of the building (floor 2 of 2), with a central location in Ramundberget. The balcony (at the back) is west facing and overlooks the ski slopes. The private car park, next to the house, has outlets for engine heaters. Charging points for electric/hybrid cars are available at the hotel.

The well-planned apartment (54 square metres) has three rooms and six beds. The living room has a cosy corner sofa and a 42 inch flat screen TV and CD/DVD. Wifi/internet via fibre is available. Around the large kitchen table there is room for eight people. The kitchen also has a fridge, freezer, cooker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. One of the bedrooms has a double bed. The other has two bunk beds. All six beds have real spring mattresses that are 80 cm wide. The shower room and sauna are separate. There are also two toilets in the apartment and a drying cabinet. Lockable ski storage is located outside the apartment.

Apartment service and key delivery is provided by the local host (included in the rent). Keys are collected on arrival from the host in Funäsdalen. Final cleaning with RUT and other additional services (eg rental of bed linen / towels) can be ordered separately by the host (not included in the rent).

Other information:
- Funäsfjällen's ski pass for alpine skiing and track card for cross-country skiing, is valid in all Funäsfjällen's ski areas - in Ramundberget, Tänndalen, Tänndalsvallen, Funäsdalsberget, Tännäskröket and Kappruet. The pass also provides access to a free ski bus.
- At a convenient distance is Bruksvallarna with excellent cross-country skiing and a shop.
- In Funäsdalen there is also a larger shop, pharmacy, health centre, systembolaget etc.

In summer, Ramundberget is also very nice with opportunities for cycling, mountain hiking, fishing, golf, lovely walks, berry picking, running and much more.

Go to Ramundberget and continue the road past the mountain hotel and turn right on Skarssvängen towards Ramundbergets Lanthandel. The house in which the apartments are located is called Brf Ramis 1 and is about 100 metres below the shop.

The apartment is non-smoking. Pets are allowed.

The lift system (200 m), cross-country tracks (200 m), shop (100 m) and restaurants are within walking distance.

Ramundberget offers very good downhill skiing with large lift capacity (chairlift directly to the top). Furthermore, you have access to the entire Nordic Ski cross-country system with 300 km of fine cross-country tracks (for both classic skiing and skating). Ramundberget offers lots of activities and adventures all year round. On-piste skiing, off-piste in loose snow and cross-country skiing are popular in winter, hiking and cycling in summer.

Price per week from 4 900 SEK (summer) and from 5 900 SEK (winter) in low season and from 6 900 SEK (summer) and from 9 900 SEK (winter) in high season. Note that during school holidays the prices are higher. The apartment can also be rented for short weeks and long weekends (especially during low season).
