We le tour spacious and lovely twin house with an extreme ski – in, ski – out – location at the heart of Sadeln near the children friendly Björnen area. 15 mts to the tracks Björnleden, 50 mts to the slope Härmelinbacken
Near cross country ski tracks about 500 mts.

Beautiful view over mountain and lake.

A house for large groups with 12 - 13 proper beds and as an addition a sofa bed and a loft for small children. Very popular generation dwelling with grandparents on the ground floor and one family down stairs and one family on the first floor.
The house have three floors, 3 bathrooms and a sauna.
First floor: one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and all-purpose room and a bathroom.
Ground floor: spacious kitchen and living room in an open planning, one bedroom with a double bed and bathroom.
Down stairs: large bathroom with sauna, utility room, one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with a family bunk bed and an additional single bunk bed together with a living room.
As an addition there is a loft for small children to sleep on mattresses, between 60 - 120 cm high...

During high season week 50 of 2019 - week 16 of 2020 we primarily let by the week. Exception during the winter holidays and Easter, when we also let short weeks and weekends. School holiday weeks available are
