A complete and modern apartment on the lower floor of a newly built house in Strandtorp, 8 kilometers south of Borgholm, Öland.
The plan consists of a large living room with integrated kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a laundry space. The apartment has a separate entrance on the ground floor and there is no view over the other apartment of the house. There is, however, a beautiful view over Kalmarsund, both from the rooms and the patio. The house, which contains only two apartments, was finished in 2017.
In the living room / kitchen there is a ’living area’ and dinner table which easily seats 6 persons. The kitchen is well equipped with stove, fridge/freezer, dish washer, microwave, coffee brewer, water boiler, toaster and common utensils. The beautiful Moroccan tiles will be appreciated.
TV and Wifi is included in the rent.

The bedrooms are spacious and one of them has a double bed.

The airy, fully tiled bathroom has a bath tub, separate shower, WC, sink and an electric towel dryer. In a separate room there is a washer and dryer.

Outside the full length of the apartment there is a patio with outdoor seating, covered by a roof. There is space for dining and grilling. The house is close to Greby alvar.

It’s a five minutes’ walk to the bus stop, with direct connections to Borgholm and Kalmar
Linen and towels are not included in the rent. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed indoors
The ‘end of stay’ cleaning is done by the guests
The apartment is rented by week, shifts on Saturday.


Directions:
The address is Landsvägen Strandtorp 109. Strandtorp is situated 8 kms south of Borgholm. I.e. after the Öland bridge drive towards Borgholm.
The entry to our lot is small and inconspicious, direct from the main road, no 136.
There is a black mailbox at the entry.
From the crossing at Halltorp – VIDA museum it is 3.0 kms to our place.
After 2.4 kms there is a white sign ”Stenhuggeri”. The remaining distance is then 550 meters. The entry is to the left, just after the solid line has ended.
If you use the GPS, enter our neibhouring address: Landsvägen Strandtorp 107. We have the same entry and you see our house to the right. (We are too new for the map system).
If you miss the entry, continue 900 meters to Strandtorp wind mill. Turn left and return on the 136 road.
