Solid house with guest cottage in Grundsund

Here you will be staying high and free with the front facing the community, and the canal, and the back facing southwest with the mountains as the nearest neighbour. The house is located centrally in Grundsund´s older part with a couple of minutes to a children friendly swimming spot, the marina with boat and kayak rental, summer café and a few minutes to a supermarket. The patios are in a sheltered position to the south and west without much visibility, and the balcony has both morning and evening sunshine with a view over the community and the canal. In connection to the house is also a fully equipped guest cottage for two persons with a private toilet and shower. A Swedish hot tub on the patio to the west. On the first floor are all the bedrooms with room for seven persons: One larger bedroom with a double bed, one room with a bunk bed, two smaller bedrooms with a sofa bed for two, and one single room. Living room at an angle and kitchen on the ground floor.
Grundsund offers closeness to cliffs and the sea, cosy alleys, and restaurants. Bicycle and kayak rental and, also golf courses a few kilometres into the island.
There are also lovely hiking trails both near the sea and with meadows and broad-leaved forest. Please see
