Waterfront villa in Stockholm archipelago

This is the place to gather your friends and family, or just hang out on a large private property of 4000m2. There are plenty of sunny spots and a large jetty to spend the whole day at. Do your yoga on the jetty, or the balcony from which you have a panoramic seaview. Have breakfast in the morning sun on the grill deck, coffee in the arbour, lunch in the sheltered courtyard, go for a swim, play tennis or go for a ride with the canoe, have waffles on the jetty, drinks on the lookout and dinner on the porch watching as the sun sets over the sea. There are two buoys for boats.

The house was built in 1909 in cottage style with plenty of original charming details. Featured in House & Antiques, Sköna Hem and Hyttemagasinet. There are six bedrooms with a total of 12 beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a gas grill, toilett and shower, with separate basins in four of the bedrooms. The house has wifi, Sonos and Apple TV.
The house is set in a large garden that offers full privacy. There is a trampoline for children and a lawn to play at. On the island there is a tennis court that you can access and good roads for a nice stroll or jogging. In Vaxholm there is a golf course and horseback riding facilities, and Catch & Relax offers guided fishing tours from the island.

Vaxholm, the capital of the archipelago has a lot of history and charm, and there are about 20 restaurants, pharmacy, food stores, cafées, fresh fish, liquor store, bakeries, cinema, cash machine and plenty of ice cream outlets. Within 20 minutes by boat (taxiboat) there are another ten waterfront restaurants.

Directions:
Villa Stenkulla is easly accessible from Vaxholm (10 min), Stockholm (1 hour) or Arlanda airport (45 min). There are ten commuter boats per day in each direction, taking you to nearby Vaxholm or Stockholm right at the city center. There is a parking place.
