Newly built house close to the sea

Modern house with high standards, close to the sea in the scenic region of Blekinge. The house has an open planning and a big terrace on all sides, equipped with outdore furniture and a grill. There is also a big lawn and you can borrow some outdoor games, and the kids can use the big swing hanging in one of the trees.

The house is situated in a very calm area with the woods next door. The water is about 200 m away and the closest beach and bathing jetty is about 600 m away. There is also a tennis court in the area.

The house has two floors. Downstairs there is a big kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and everything else that you need. In the living room there is a fireplace and you can find firewood outside the house. Downstairs there is a bathroom/toilet with shower and washing machine,. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed with a pullout bed for children beneath.

Upstairs there is a small tv room, a bathroom/toilet with shower, and two bedrooms, each with two single beds. You can find some toys, books (in swedish :)) and games for the kids to use.

The location in the middle of Blekinge is perfect for excursions. Some examples of nice trips are:
- Brunnsbadet (swimming pools, water slides) and Brunnsparken (large park/garden) in Ronneby
- Kreativum science park in Karlshamn
- Karlskrona, marine town with a really nice Naval museum
- Boat trips in the archipelago of Blekinge, for example to beautiful Tjärö
- Barnens gård (Leisure park) in Karlskrona
