Archipelago house with adorable sea view. Privately located and sheltered from public view, this archipelago dream can be found at the island Hasselkobben close to the outer archipelago. Here you can relax in calm and peaceful surroundings. The island is hilly and there are only walking paths, no roads. There are cliffs in shelterd places to bathe off all over the island and an outlook peak with an exstensive view over fairway and archipelago.
Tastefully decorated with high standard. There are 2 light-flooded sitting rooms with beautiful sea view, one next to the kitchen with open design, dining area for 6 persons and exit to sundeck, the other with 2 sofas (one a sofa bed), wicker chairs and open fireplace. The kitchen is well-equipped with all modern conveniences and a wood-fired stove. There are 2 nice bedrooms with comfortable beds; bedroom 1 with a double bed and view over the bay, the other with 2 single beds. In one of the sitting rooms, there's a comfortable sofa bed (160*200 cm). Extra mattress to borrow if needed. Tiled bathroom with WC and shower.
Large patio by the sea, facing south-west. Outdoor furniture and barbecue.
By boat, you can quickly move between the larger islands Runmarö, Möja och Sandhamn, where you find a grocery store, restaurants et c. Sandhamn had got many summer activities; minigolf, tennis, in- and outdoor pools, spa, bars and disco.
You reach island Hasselkobben by Waxholmsferry. Regular ferries traffic the route Stockholm Strandvägen-Hasselkobben-Sandhamn. You can also depart from the harbour Stavsnäs/Värmdö, where there's longterm parking available. Distance house-ferryjetty approx. 400 m. Your own motorboat can be moored at the jetty close to the house.

NOTE: With a Swedish SIM card and an adapter / dongle you can use mobil surf. SIM cards with an adapter / dongle can be bought in larger grocery stores and at most kiosks.
