Karlevi Öland

The holiday home Karlevi is a charming holiday home located in Karlevi, a small picturesque village with its own pedestrian street that runs beautifully parallel to the landborg edge.
The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms with two single beds in each room, a living room with sofa bed, dining room table, TV, fireplace, kitchen with dining table and tiled toilet with shower.

NOTE!
If more sleeping places are desired, the little cottage can be rented for 2000 SEK / week in addition to the rent for the big house.
Lillstugan is only rented out together with the rental of the big house.
Lillstugan contains 4 sleeping places (fixed bunk beds) lighting, small table, 2 chairs. heating element.
Water in the little cottage is missing.

The village of Karlevi is a mixture of new and old buildings,
permanent and leisure living. The village has a sheltered location due to the high landborg edge which gives lovely sunshine far into the autumn.
The garden is large and nicely equipped with outdoor furniture and barbecue for balmy summer evenings. Those who leave the village lack most of all the lovely evenings, the sky and the sunsets in the west!

Southern Öland is named as a World Heritage Site and has a unique nature. The cottage has a very good location for ornithologists and nature lovers. Beijershamn Nature Reserve 5 km from the cottage, is beside Ottenby, probably Öland's best place for bird lovers.
Right near Beijershamn there is Haga Park which has the southern Öland's largest beach and Haga Park's Surf Center for those who like Windsurfing. The nearest swimming area is Eriksöre camping, 2 km from the cottage. Easy to get there by bike if you do not want to drive.
In the area there are nice cycling routes for long and short excursions. Cycle path is available to Haga park, Färjestaden. Three bikes are available (included in the rent)
