Visit the village of Löa in Bergslagen.
The house is located on our farm, close to our house, with access to its own part of the garden and patio. On the farm live free range chickens, cats and dogs.
Bergsmansgård built in the 19th century, renovated 2008. Fit for living during the winter, 120 m², in the countryside with view over fields, Löa Hytta and water course.

The house will be at your disposal from 4pm and left cleaned by 11am. If final cleaning is desired, this is ordered when booking at a cost of SEK 1200.
The house has 8 beds and is equipped for self-catering. You bring your own bed linen, towels and other consumables.
The house is at your disposal from 16:00 on the day of occupancy and is left clean no later than 11:00 on the day of departure. You clean the house yourself before you leave. If cleaning is desired, this is ordered when booking at a cost of SEK 1200. Bed linen and towels are available for rent, (to be notified when booking).
Spacious house with WiFi, hall, large kitchen, living room, three bedrooms, bathroom (bath+shower), laundry room, separate toilet and glass veranda. (The glass veranda is uninsulated and does not heat up in winter.)
The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso (original) and coffee maker.
Upstairs has three bedrooms, two larger and one smaller. Bedroom 1 is big and has one double (180 cm) and one single bed (90 cm). Bedroom 2 is a little smaller and has a bed that is 120 cm wide. Bedroom 3 is large and has a double bed (180 cm) and two single beds (90 and 80 cm), one of which in its own small space. Baby cot, high chair, changing bed and travel cot for babies are available to borrow.
In Löa there is a swimming area, padel hall, café, flea market, mini golf and art exhibition.
In the vicinity there are also nice walking and cycling routes, golf courses, slalom slopes, cross-country trails, hiking trails, canoe trails and sandy beach.
Löa village has an interesting history that was one of many villages in Bergslagen that once contributed to Sweden's heyday with its production of iron from the local mines. The old cottage has been renovated and can be visited during the summer as well as the old saw and mill.
Electric car may not be charged at the house.
Fireplaces and fireplaces are not working and cannot be burned in.
A dog is welcome with extra fee (SEK 1000). Cats or other animals are not allowed.
On the property live our own free range chickens, cats and dogs that do not want to be chased.
