Small charming cottage on an island

On our own island, where our summer house is the only other house, we are renting out a small charming cottage with a view of the horizon and sailing boats passing by in the sea lane. Located right by the water where you can jump in and cool off. Kitchen with a fireplace. Bedroom with sofa bed, armchair and TV. The sofa bed is for two people and there is room for an extra mattress on the floor if you want. We plan to replace the sofa bed with a bunk bed so that 4-5 people can sleep in the house. More info will come dring spring 2020.

There is running water in the cottage from our own well. Please use this water sparesly and use sea water for doing the dishes. There is a simple outdoor shower, also with sea water. The toilet is a new, modern incinerating toilet. You bring sheets and towels yourself. The kitchen is fully equipped, with spices, dishwashing liquid, etc. You clean up after your stay, cleaning equipment is available.

We pick you up by boat at the pier where you park the car and we also give you a lift back to the pier after your stay. There is no extra charge for this. There is a rowing boat out on the island for rent.

The nearest supermarket is in Loftahammar. It is a good idea to buy food for the whole week, however there is usually a possibility to get a boat taxi to the mainland.
