Sunbathing and swimming? A cozy week with a sauna, long walks on Sweden's longest sandy beach & in the forest or just a little cozy in the cabin? Skiing at Vallåsen?

Then we have a cozy well-planned cabin for 4 people that is completely newly built, it is furnished in a mixed style with clear 60s stucco, which has received a lot of praise from guests for its lovely style and practical solutions. The cottage is only 150 meters from the beach and from the sleeping loft there is a sea view.
The cabin is 28 m2 + 9 m2 sleeping loft and has, among other things, toilet and shower, kitchenette with fridge and freezer and hob with 2 plates and a ladder that takes you up to a charming sleeping loft with a 140 cm wide double bed. In the large room there is a lovely sofa that can easily be converted into a comfortable double bed with a spring base of 140 cm. There is also internet and a smaller smart TV streaming. Parking is available.

Sundeck with deckchairs facing the sea and a terrace with a roof (landward) which has a table, 4 seats and a simple charcoal grill. In the garden there are, among other things, a football goal, a table tennis table and a dart board, which guests have access to.
Sauna, access to a cozy wood-burning sauna cart for sauna bathing is included in the rent and makes your trip a wonderful spa experience!

Price includes access to a sauna trolley in the garden.

In summer (v.25 - v.34) the cabin is only rented weekly.
High season 8000/week ( v.25 - v.34)
Other time SEK 5,500/week.
Weekend (Thursday - Sunday) SEK 3495 low season only
Weekend (Fred - Sun) SEK 2495 low season only

The price includes electricity, water, internet and parking for 1 car.



Activities: Cycling downhill 16 km to Vallåsen Golf 10-12 really good golf courses within 40 km, Tennis 1 km to 9 good outdoor courses.
Kite and windsurfing 150 mtr to the sea with very good surfing, Padel 5-6 courses are available within 10 km, Cycling and hiking, Kattegattleden and Skåneleden are very close by. Riding with Icelandic horses is organized on the beach in spring and autumn. Fishing in the sea or in the lake.

Shopping: 4 km to Mellby shopping with i.a. Maxi, KappAhl, Lindex, Dressmann about McDonalds. 6 km to entrance Båstad with i.a. Willys, charcuterie and fish deli. 20 km Halmstad.

Distance: Båstad 9 km, Laholm 10 km, Halmstad 20 km, Gothenburg 150 km, Helsingborg 50 km Malmö 110 km, Copenhagen 130 km

Connection: 5 km to train station, Båstad or Laholm. Bus connection 300 mtr. 2 km to European road E6

Restaurants: 6-7 good restaurants can be found within 1-5 kilometers as well as Mc Donalds and pizzerias.
