The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 with double bed and 1 with bunk bed. In the living room there are 2 more sleeping beds on the sofa (and extra beds if required)

The house has a spacious family room with room for much socializing. The room has a large dining table with seating for 10 people. Sofa with TV, DVD / TV game and a fireplace. In addition, the kitchenette is equipped with cooking place, equipped with stove, fridge and freezer.

There is a large sun terrace built around the house - where outdoor furniture is also available for socializing and barbecue facilities.

Higher up on the plot there is a further 1 building of about 20 sqm, it is not insulated for the winter, but great during the summer, A nice sun deck and lovely sea views.

Ugglarp is located 18 km south of Falkenberg and 25 km north of Halmstad. The house is located near Ugglarps Camping, where there is a summer shop, miniature golf and restaurant. Also walking distance to Långasand where additional restaurant is available during the summer months.

Nearby villages are Stenige, Slöinge and Getinge, where there are further restaurants, bakeries, farm shops etc.

In the area there are nice trails / paths to walk on, both in Ugglarp and down at Långasand. North of Långasand lies a feral nature reserve, and between the Ugglarp and the stone is Stensjöstrand Nature Reserve, which is also worth a visit.
