At the end of the road, this cottage is located at the far end of the headland, on a cobblestone field with water almost all around and a 180 degree water horizon, isolated from neighbors. Open floor plan with combustion toilet and shower outside but under roof. The electricity comes from wind power. The drinking water from a common well with the neighbors, it's good.
This week or weeks is for you who wish to get away from everyday life, the city, the car, noise and who want to experience the silence, not close but in nature, the changes of the sea and beautiful walks in solitary historical environment. Next to it, in a nature reserve, is Sweden's largest cobblestone field and there are cairns from the Bronze and Iron Ages in untouched forest. Many paths are well marked and easy to walk. Morning dip and swim among rocks or a two meter sandy beach outside the door; sandy beach 750 m on the other side of the small bay, or in Norrfjärden and Sweden's largest by Sörfjärden, 3 and 6 km away. And perhaps quite important is that if it rains a few miles inland, it is usually sunshine here on the coast.
The large house has an open floor plan with living room, double bed, dining table and kitchen. When two walls are completely glazed, you sleep outside but inside. The dormitory has been moved next to the large house, and there are three beds. The drone photos are not correct but see the other photos. In a third house there is the combustion toilet and the sauna with shower. The shower is an outdoor shower between walls under a roof - and with a sea view. Jumping mat for everyone under 45 kg who dares. The Stone Age boat stranded is waiting for its pirates.
It is 23 km to Mellanfjärden, south of Sörfjärden. There is Trolska skogen, a living theater adventure for little people and adults, a fairy tale where you meet witches, elves, trolls and other beings. A must for all young children. Every stay of 1½-2 hours is a 1.2 km walk and we go there every year. But, they speak Swedish.
This house is 350 km away, e.g. 4 hours by car north of Stockholm, 15 km from the grocery store in Gnarp and the bus and train station.
One week is from Saturday at 12 to Saturday at 12.
TV and installed wired Internet are lacking. But mobile and Internet connectivity are good.
The water from a common deep-drilled well. Good taste.
