Just 20 minutes by car from the city of Varberg on the Swedish West Coast, surrounded by forrest in a small village, you will find our charming cottage from year 1870. The cottage has a large kitchen, two bedrooms (one queen size bed, one bunk bed) and a living room. The kitchen was renovated in 2010 and is well equipped. Please note that since the cottage is old, the ceiling hight is generally lower than in a modern house.

A separate newly renovated bed room (two beds) is located on the second floor with its own entrance from outside. This bed room has low ceiling height (adults can stand straight only in the middle of the room. (Images to come as the renovation is still ongoing)

Shower, WC and sauna is located in the separate house right next to the cottage. Behind the house, you can find a garden house with a nice lake view and a fireplace.

The cottage is located 100 metres from a lake with a sand beach. A rowing boat is included in the rent (life jackets available). Hiking trails are just around the corner. This is a place to go if you search for a quiet place close to the Swedish nature.

Price/month 1 SEK

Weekly rental (Sunday - Sunday): 5000 SEK/week low season and 8000 SEK/week high season (high season 1 June - 24 August)

In low season, it is possible to rent for a minimum of 2 nights (SEK 1200/night)

The little house and the spot in the forrest and next to the lake are wonderful. The house is very charming and in a great condition. It is a paradise for kids as well with the tiny house outside to play, the swings and all the toys inside. Maria was very kind and we are grateful that we were able to stay in this gem.

Ett riktigt litet paradis på jorden! Fantastiskt fint läge med underbar utsikt från lusthuset! Köket var välutrustat, fanns allt vi önskade :-) Badplatsen som låg nära använde vi flitigt o var mycket uppskattad Trevligt bemötta, tydliga instruktioner, och smidigt in/utcheck Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!
