The price is for 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday or from Sunday to Sunday.
Maximum 5 guests. The house must be vacated by 11:00 AM and access is not allowed before 3:00 PM.

Final cleaning, bed linen, towels, and other consumables are not included.

Advance payment required.
20% of the rent is paid at the time of booking. The remaining amount is paid 30 days before arrival.

A deposit of SEK 5,000 is paid along with the final payment and is refunded shortly after checkout, provided that cleaning and everything else is as expected.

The house is only rented to careful guests (references may be requested).
