Welcome to a nice and cozy summer cottage on the lovely west coast. Enjoy a magical view, salty baths and a ride on the small boat.

The plot is located on a mountain with a fantastic sea view. On the plot there are 3 houses. A larger house that is completely renovated in the fall of 2020. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds and a total of 4 beds, a newly renovated bathroom with shower and toilet, a new kitchen with open floor plan to the living room with a cozy fireplace and a large window that opens onto a solid terrace. The open floor plan and the boundless between inside and out make it easy and fun for everyone to socialize. There are 2 large tables for 8-10 people one outside and one inside so that everyone can socialize where the weather allows

Next to the main house is one of the 2 smaller cottages. This cottage has also been newly renovated since autumn 2020. It has 4 beds, a bunk bed and a double bed. There is also a newly renovated bathroom with shower and toilet.

The second cottage is located on the mountain with a magical sea view. It sleeps 2 in a double bed. Here you can wake up, completely protected and undisturbed among the trees with panoramic views of the water and the horizon.

Up here on the mountain by the cottage there is also a seating area where you can sit and check out the water. Here you can enjoy the sunset and the incredibly beautiful view of the archipelago and Malö streams

Outside the main house there is a patio with barbecue, a large lawn and a hammock for lazy summer days.

Next to the main cottage there is also a cozy and private wood-fired sauna. Here you can enjoy the quiet and calm evenings, Sauna is the perfect way to relax.

From the cottage you have 2 min walk down to the beach and the pier where the boat is located. Here you can take a bath from both the pier and the beach. From the cottage you have about 15 minutes walk into Ellös and about 10 minutes walk to Orust golf course.

Ellös is a nice community that is located on vestra Orust and has the most you need. There are restaurants, kiosk, bank, grocery store, a well-known fish shop and some small shops as well as 2 beaches, a natural beach where even the dogs can stay. Beach, raft, trampoline and piers to fish crabs from. Around Ellös there is also a golf course and several fine fishing communities

The summer cottage has a great location for those who like to make excursions. With the boat you can easily and quickly go to Malö and Flatön and have dinner or take an ice cream at the famous Handelsman Flink. Also Grundsund and Gullholmen are close to excursion destinations with the boat. From the cottage you can also get to several lovely excursion destinations by bike. You bike to the ferry that goes to Malö in less than 5 minutes. In about 30 minutes you can cycle to Hällviksstrand or to the ferry that goes to Gullholmen and Käringön.
