Gamla Långtorpet, Lindvallen, Sälen

Gamla Långtorpet is a large, old and extremely charming timber ski chalet with an excellent location. The chalet is located central yet quaintly situated and only a 100 meters from the nearest ski lift. At times with normal snow availability it’s a ski in-ski out chalet. Shops and restaurants are a mere 200 meters away. With the ski resort of Lindvallen most services are within walking distance.
The total area of the chalet is approximately 200 m2 out of which 160 m2 is living area and 40 m2 is a basement with sauna, changing area, WC and a shower. The chalet has a total of 16 beds spread out over bedrooms with four beds and one bedroom with two beds, all of which are bunk beds.
The kitchen is very well equipped with a stove, oven, three fridges and one freezer, micro wave oven and dishwasher. In the front hall and the vestibule you’ll find excellent storage availabilities, a clothes dryer and access to two bathrooms, of which one has a shower.
The large living room is quite stunning, beautifully decorated walls and doors with visible beams, all very typical for this area of the country. The living room features two seating groups, a large dinner table, an open fireplace, cable TV, a stereo system and docking station for iPod/iPhone/smartphone.
In the basement you’ll find the sauna, a shower, a changing area and a WC.
Outside you’ll find a ski locker and a parking area with parking for several vehicles and possibility to connect your vehicle to electricity in order to heat up the motor.

Directions:
Upon arriving in the village of Sälen head towards Sälenfjällen. After 5 km you will arrive to a roundabout near a Statoil gas station. Take the second exit in the roundabout and in the following roundabout take the first exit. Follow the road for approximately 1km and take a left into Sälfjällstorget. Turn left immediately onto Vrilvägen. Lilla Långtorpet is located on your left after 200 meters.
