The annex on Stallbacken's farm

Welcome to the Annex!
Own house with luxurious rural location with room for up to 7 people only 6 km from Östersund. The large guest house on the courtyard that we call the Annex was built in 2014. The house is a two-storey house of 100m2 and half the house is open to the nook. The short side is fully glazed against a large terrace overlooking the horse pasture with Östersund and Frösön as a background.

Upstairs is the masterbedroom with a large 180cm continental bed. There is also a small toilet with a sink. The upstairs also has a lounge with a sofabed, reading chair, crib and a TV with Viasat's standard selection.

The downstairs bedroom has a 160cm double bed and close to the Annex bathroom. The bathroom has a large shower, washing machine, dryer, changing table and ironing-facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, stove, kettle, soda stream, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. There is also a coffeemachine that is free to use during the stay. The Annex has wireless Wi-Fi and built-in Sonos audiosystem with Spotify free to use.

The large room is the heart of the house with over 5m to the ceiling with a large crystal chandelier. There is also a large diningtable, fireplace and doubledoors to the large terrace. Two sofas and armchairs, the sofas are also sofabeds when more beds are desired. Also an advanced massage armchair for tired backs.

The beds are made up with linen from a hotel laundry. Towels and bathtowels are included in the price. Final cleaning is added to the daily price. You take care of the Annex yourself during your stay.

On the terrace there is a barbecue and space for socializing on hot summer days and pleasant evenings. We wish to fill up the wood-fired barrel for a dip in the open air.

Adjacent there are good parking facilities with engine heaters for cold winter mornings. The annex is non-smoking and no pets are allowed indoors.
