Welcome to Roslagen! Fresh and simple accommodation in retro style one hour from Stockholm. On the mainland, road all the way to the cottage. Here is a wonderful feeling of harmony, nature and seclusion, while being close to everything. In summer you can enjoy an outdoor shower on the way up from the sandy beach.

Two minutes walk to the sea and inviting communal sandy beach. Boat included!

The property has just been newly renovated in 2020. All interior surfaces are completely finished, freshly painted and fresh.

The property has two cottages:

LARGE COTTAGE, 40 sqm. Bright and cozy living room with views of forest and sea. Sofa bed for two adults. There are also two comfortable armchairs and a TV with basic offerings and Netflix. Dining table with space for 4-6 pers.

Two small, identical bedrooms with a 90 cm bed and a view of the forest plot. Beautiful colors and cozy lighting. Place for clothes and packing.

Nice green retro kitchen from the 60's. The kitchen is equipped to make cooking easy, inspiring and fun and even though it is small, there is plenty of work space for those who want to get along around the board. The standard is simple but there is running water, drinkable and good! Even hot water, which is a well-received luxury when washing dishes is done by hand in the sink. Large refrigerator with freezer, stove with glass hob and sturdy chef's knives.

Covered terrace directly adjacent to the kitchen. There is room for 4-6 people and for socializing, conversation, board games and fun. Just outside there is a lovely outdoor shower, which is powered by the sun's heat. Perfect when you get up from a day at the beach and want to shower off the sand!

This house is heated and cooled (AC) with air heat pump which provides comfortable climate around the clock.

THE GUEST COTTAGE, approx. 10 sqm. There is a so-called family bed (bunk bed with 120 cm downstairs and 90 cm bed upstairs) and the possibility to set up a 90 cm bed. Here, for example, 3 adults and a child can sleep.

Nice and cozy outdoor toilet in a separate house on the plot. There is also the possibility of a shower. Spartan but clean and carefully created to almost stand under the pines and enjoy their shower - and with hot water!

Lovely nature plot with both forest and mountains, peaceful and quiet for those who so prefer, in a hammock under a rocking pine, or active exploration of plants, fungi, birds, animals and nature. If you are really lucky, you can see moose, seals and sea eagles! Pets such as dogs, cats and others are welcome and thrive!

Tenants have free access to a 4.25 meter boat and oars. If you want to use the engine (20 hp, 4-stroke engine) it is good for a cost supplement. Boat is a great way to explore surrounding surroundings such as Gräddö harbor and café, Lidö inn, "Saltkråkan" (Norröra island), Arholma, the smooth sun cliffs at Håkansskär or Rödlöga archipelago café.

Surroundings:
About 15 minutes drive to Norrtälje with all amenities and entertainment, such as shops and shops, hairdressers, hospitals, banks, swimming pool, cinema and more. Norrtälje city center with cobbled streets also has lovely cafes, restaurants, clothing and decor shops and museums.

About 5 minutes from Vreta trade with a general store, recycling station, pizzeria and a gas station.

Discounts for longer rental periods than one week.
Also possible to rent weekends, then the prices are:
Low season - SEK 3,000
High season - SEK 4,000

The rental cost includes electricity and water.

Changeover day at weekly rentals is Sundays. Check-in no earlier than 3pm and check-out at 11am.

For weekend rentals, check-in is no earlier than 3pm on Friday and check-out 11am on Sunday. Later check-out by arrangement.

Additional cost for increased comfort:
- Access to boat motor, SEK 1500 / week
- Linen (bed linen + towel), 200 SEK / per person
- Final cleaning, 1000 SEK
