Stay at farmstead/horse farm

Welcome to us at Antarve!

We´re a family of two adults and two older teenagers who´s devoting most of our time to our farm, our horses, and the large poodle Otto.

We off you to stay at our farm in our barn wing with closeness to animals and nature.

You will be staying in a simple room in an old barn. Beautiful windows offer together with plastered thick lime walls, polished concrete floors, and wooden ceiling, a beautiful and harmonious environment. In the room there are four berths, of which two during daytime works as a sofa, dining table with four chairs and kitchen. Through the glazed double doors towards the morning sunshine you reach the patio with furniture and barbeque. The vegetation nearest to the wing building consists of roses, meadow, and farmland. The kitchen with electricity and water is well equipped. Outhouse. You can shower in the outdoor shower located in the lilac arbour or in the residential building, which also offers WC and washing machine. Also available is a trampoline.

At the farm there are horses, Gute sheep, Gotland hens, dogs, and stable cats. You are welcome to, in the company of an adult, hang out with our animals. We can offer you company of our pony and horse, horseback riding on our Gotland pony, stable work, rides with a tractor and wagon rides together with farm work. At the farm there are apart from our Gotland pony Vibbe, two more horses and one is expected to foal during spring. Two additional Gotland ponies are also staying at the farm.

If the cultivation year looks good, you can pick your own potatoes, just around the corner and buy vegetables from the garden. The hens lay regardless of the weather.

Havdhem is located at Sudret 60km from Visby. Grocery shopping is easily done in the community or at the farm shops. The swimming spot Nybrobadet on the east side and the fantastic Nisseviken on the west side, which also has a restaurant are both within 10km. From the farm you have several more swimming beaches within half an hour’s drive.

We have good knowledge about the birdhouses in the area and love to share the information with you about our favourite excursion goals.

Swap Day Sunday. Checking in at 16:00 and Checking out at 12:00.

20% of the rent is paid at the latest 10 days after booking. The remaining amount must be paid at the latest one month prior to your arrival. A cleaning deposition of SEK 500 is refunded if the lodger will be cleaning himself.
