Welcome to small Väla village with only 10 minutes to the city, sea, golf, nature, and shopping. I have a newly renovated cozy and bright basement floor of 66 sqm with its entrance and patio with a dining area in the shade and sun loungers in the sun and a small barbecue. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a small kitchen and small dining area, large bathroom with a shower and bath. (PS ceiling height in some rooms 1.85 m DS) There is a playground and green area in the village and it is within walking distance of Väla center, Sweden's third-largest shopping center. Perfect for a couple (can be 2 couples) or a small family. No pets and no smoking are allowed indoors due to the other guests' allergies.

Facilities
In the kitchen, in addition to essential equipment, such as hotplates, refrigerator, small freezer, coffee maker, kettle, some tea, and basic spices. The bathroom has an iron and hairdryer. As a guest, you are welcome to get apples, cherries, currants, and grapes from the greenhouse when it is in season.

Helsingborg
This beautiful city with its modern promenade filled with restaurants and outdoor cafes, visit the Kärnan and terrace stairs, Dunkers kulturhus, the concert hall, Tropikariet, or take a boat trip to Helsingör. You can walk in the beautiful Pålsjö forest and eat waffles in our beautiful nature at the Pålsjö pavilion. Well worth visiting Sofiero castle and castle garden and coffee there or just outside at Brödkultur with the chickens pecking nearby.

Wasatorp and Rya golf club, Sofiero castle, Fredriksdalsteatern, Tomaternas hus, Råå vallar, Råå marina and fishing trips, Glumslöv's slopes and Hillesdal interior and café, restaurant Tegel in Rydebäck. There are several nature areas with exercise facilities and walking trails with barbecue and picnic opportunities such as Bruse's forest, Råådalen, Väla forest (walking distance), and Pålsjö. Water sports are available along the promenade.
