Rent the farm hotel Lilla Sörgården on Färingsö

We rent out our homely and rural farm hotel Lilla Sörgården in its entirety for groups. It is possible to rent the entire house for a whole week, half a week or a weekend, Friday - Sunday. A group at a time can come and live in a charming, spacious and cozy house with its own restaurant kitchen and enjoy life on a large, green farm property with an nice view to the south and close to swimming in Kungsberga and Karlskär.

The house has five cozy rooms with 12 beds. The lower floor consists of two double bedrooms, several bathrooms, a TV room and a large dining room with views in three directions. Next to the dining room is a spacious and well-equipped restaurant kitchen. Upstairs there are three comfortable bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms (one of which is separate). The house is surrounded by large green spaces with garden furniture and fruit trees, and a kitchen garden. There are hammocks, barbecue, trampoline, slide, sandbox and swings. There are also chickens and rabbits on the farm.

Lilla Sörgården and Kungsberga are located on Färingsö in Mälaren, with road connection, 27 km from Brommaplan. The bus stops right outside the gate (about 15 trips/day each way). Across the road is a well-stocked Coop Konsum, and also a pizzeria/grill.

Parking spaces are included and a charging station is available, as well as access to a shared laundry room and wi-fi via fiber. It is possible to borrow non-geared but functional bicycles subject to availability.

The Mälar Islands have good cycle paths, walking areas (Eldgarnsö, Svartsjö, Adelsö), excursion destinations (Birka, Drottningholm, Rosenhill, Juntras Grönt, Gustavshill trade garden) and horse stables. For those interested in golf, the golf clubs Troxhammar (18+12 holes), Mälarö (18+9) and Drottningholms GK are nearby.

On the large property there are three other houses that are rented weekly in the summer and monthly and weekly in the winter, and one that we live in ourselves. There are often other children and even adults to hang out with, for those who are interested, but all houses have their own private patios and you don't have to crowd.

Charcoal grill available. Sheets and towels can be brought by guests themselves or rented from us. Meals are not included, but you manage the restaurant kitchen, wash dishes and put away, as well as rough cleaning and sorting kitchen waste after you.

The rent is SEK 21,900 per week. Rent for half a week (Sun-Thu or Thu-Sun) SEK 14,800. Weekend (Friday-Sunday) SEK 9900.
A cleaning fee of SEK 1,600 is added. Week 25-32 in the summer we only rent out whole weeks. Over Christmas it is possible to book for example from 20/12 - to 27/12, or a minimum of five nights.

Check-in at 4 p.m., check-out at 11 a.m.

Booking: Half the rent is paid in booking fee. The remaining amount, for cleaning and possibly renting sheets, extra beds, etc., is paid on site by card, cash, Swish or bank giro. Cancellation policy: all money refunded if canceled at least 90 days before arrival. 45-90 days before: you miss out on the booking fee. Less than 45 days: full payment.
