Our family have lived here and loved this place in three generations and we hope you are going to enjoy your stay. It will be hard not to.
Modern furnished house that you have entirely for yourselves with 6 + 1 beds in one of Falsterbo's most popular residential areas. Attached to the house is a glazed outdoor room and a patio with a five-burner BBQ. To be rented weekly during the summer. 155 square meters on two floors.

Upstairs includes a large living room with a fireplace and two bedrooms with two beds in each bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room (4 + 1 beds). Toilet with bath and living room with lovely sofa and large screen TV (67 ") with 4K Chromecast and 300w soundbar. The beds in the bedrooms can be furnished as double or single beds according to your needs.

Master bedroom located downstairs with a large and comfortable double bed (Jensen Ambassador), newly renovated bathroom with shower and heated floor, modern fully equipped kitchen and open plan dining area, laundry room with washer and dryer. Large living room with large divan sofa, armchair, and smaller TV (42") with Chromecast. Livingroom has access to the glazed outside room and patio with a five-burner BBQ.

The house was built in 1974 and renovated internally & externally in 2020. It is located on Falstebo Vang, the last house on the street next to a bicycle suspension so no passing traffic outside except for bikes.

A few minute's cycling distance to the beach, Flommens golf club, and walking distance to the Falsterbo Horse Show. A large playground is adjacent to the plot and in the meadow between the plot and playground, there are football goals. Right down from the house towards the beach is the Falsterbo grill where you can get the famous "Falsterbo waffle" if you like ice cream or a burger if you are hungry. There is also Mike Arvblom's small but fantastic pizzeria. Nothing is far in Falsterbo - Tennis courts, paddle courts, grocery stores and other services are close by. This may be Falsterbo's best location.

Air conditioning is available in the large downstairs living room.

Parking for 2 cars on the site. There are duvets and pillows with and without down to choose from.
Pets are allowed to a certain extent. Smoking is not permitted indoors or on the patio.


The weekly rent also includes garbage collection, heating, electricity, and Wifi with high-speed broadband (fiber). Cleaning can be ordered separately.
The rent period is Sunday to Sunday.
