Enjoy the Swedish seasons, winter as summer, in a wonderful, modern, fully equiped cottage with a lake just 200 meters away and with the river Ore in view from the cottage and just around the corner the woods are full of blueberries and lingonberries wating to be picked.
In the winter there wonderful skitrails in the village Skattungbyn just 1.5 km away or visit Orsa Grönklitt just 30 minutes away with wonderful ski slopes or ski tracks.
A fully equipped cottage with tre bedrooms, newly renovaited in the spring of 2024, one with a double bed, one with two single beds and one with a bunkbed.
A open planed combined dining/livingroom with TV, a five seated sofa, a dining-table big enough to seat up to ten people. A good sized bathroom, fully tiled, with shower and washingmashine. The roofed portch has a view over the river Ore.
Lots of berries (Blueberry and Lingonberry) and mushrooms for picking in the area. You find equipment for berrypicking in the cottage.
2 km away you'll find the pittoresk village of Skattungbyn with its traditional houses and church. In the villiage there's a general store, open most days.
15 km to the south you'll find the town of Orsa. There's several food stores, a cashpoint, restaurants, pizzaplaces, a campsite and a outdoor pool.
Further south there's the city of Mora. Visit the goal of the famous ski-competition Vasaloppet, take a dip in the lake Siljan, a coffeé on the main street or enjoy the home (now a museum) of the famous painter Anders Zorn.
Or why not turn the other way on the E45 and visit Dalhalla and Styggforsen on the way to the city of Rättvik. Enjoy a walk on the bridge, Långbryggan 628 meters long, or try out Rodel at Rättviks Hill or visit a traditional home like Boda Gammelgård. There's just so much to experience in the area.
