House with large plot, is located charmingly next to Buskeröd's village road in a very peaceful place in Kullabygden, 100 m from and adjacent to Lyckås Gård (where we ourselves live and since 2002 successfully rented out guest accommodation of the type Bo på Lantgård with self-catering). The farm is unique in Kullabygden, which rents out guest accommodation, in that it is still a living farm with sheep, rabbits and cats - not least worth visiting for the sake of the children and it is grown organically in the surrounding fields. The sustainability theme is close to our hearts with wind-based electricity and our own solar cell system that is responsible for energy and heating. The farm is located in a beautiful plain with short distances to Höganäs (5km) and Viken (3km), with its fine beaches and to Kullaberg (20km) with its fantastic nature. It is close to most things, only 20 km to Kullaberg and to Helsingborg.

The white house, the Gooseberry Lodge that was completely renovated (2018) is a large guest accommodation of 110m2, with space for eight sleeping guests distributed in four bedrooms with twinbeds/double beds.On the ground floor there is a practical kitchen, large dining area and a lovely living room in an open plan layout. Large windows and a patio door provide a nice light. There is also a bedroom and a floor heated bathroom with double washbasin and washing machine. Upstairs, in addition to the bedrooms, there is a toilet. Fast Wifi and two flat-screen TVs. Central vacuum cleaner. The old glass veranda of the house has been restored and given a whole new life. Those interested in reading can here get a peaceful place to enjoy in the green armchair.

A spacious wooden deck facing the entire west side of the house and a large grass field and parking are available to the north on the large plot.

Self-household with own cleaning, where electricity, heating and garbage disposal are included. Cleaning can be purchased free of charge during low season! In the house, there is normally a kitchen towel, paper towels, toilet paper, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets and cleaning agents.

There is now a charging station at the parking lot with two sockets and relatively high power, 11kw. From this, our guests can refuel electricity at the price of SEK 5 per kwh.

Lyckås Gårds Guest accommodation - stay quiet and idyllic in the countryside in a unique environment! We also have three other guest accommodation for 4 - 8 people. Short term. We rent out from two days and at most 2 - 3 months (during major holidays at least four days apply). We are available for companies and individuals.
