The house is built in 2004, it has 2 floors. Bright and pleasant, simple but good standard innside. The house has 5 beds, one dobbel, 4 singel, plus sleeping sofa in second floor.
First floor; Entrance, kitchen and living rom in open solution, exits to verandas. Kitchen with stove, combined fridge / freezer. One bedroom with dobbel bed and wardrobe. Bath with shower, floor warmer, toilet sauna, and washing machine.
Second floor has a scratch roof; Loft cottage with sofa and nice view of lake, toilet room with servant, two bedrooms. Living area about 100 m2, floor area about 125 m2. The house is winterinsulated. Heat pump, floor heating in bathroom, electric heaters. Garden, child-friendly, trampoline, children's games, gas grill, beach about 300 meters from the house. About 5-6 km to Åmål sentrum.
The area around the house is childish.
No rent for party/feast and young people. The house is owned and used by a family with children, some personal stuff stands again in the house.
Tenants must take normal considerationsinto accont to neighbours, so that there is silence between 2300-0700.
Bed linen and towels may be brought by renters, and added outside linen
We use the house in some weekends, easter and summer holiday. If you wish the house can be rented for longer periods, especially between ocktober- mars.
Tenats can wash the house themselves after renting, or pay for washing (2400 sek). Tenants must be prepared for that previous tenants not always have cleaned everything place and like, but we experience that this goes well.
