House 'Villa Gute' - close to Tofta Beach

House Villa Gute is a spacious and well-equipped house on a large plot in the centre of Tofta, west coast of Gotland 20 km south of Visby. The house is 110 sqm, has 7 + 2 extra beds, a large bathroom and extra toilet upstairs. The house has both a terrace and sun-drenched patio with furniture. It is about 500 meters to the long sandy beach with beautiful sunsets and restaurants. During the summer months June-Aug the house has Saturday as a changeover day (check in/out). More flexible during the rest of the year. Minimum stay is three nights.

Overview floor plan
The lower floor is open with a large living room, kitchen and dining area. Adjacent to the hall are two separate bedrooms and a bathroom. The upper floor has a bedroom, extra toilet and an adjacent smaller living room with TV corner and bed. Wireless internet is available and included in the rent. Cleaning by cleaning companies can be added to the booking.

Bedrooms
A total of 7 regular beds plus 2 extra beds in a sofa bed (in the living room). The master bedroom downstairs has a double bed (possible to separate), bedside tables and wardrobes. The smaller bedroom on the same floor has two separate beds and wardrobe plus chest of drawers. The master bedroom upstairs has a double bed (possible to separate), bedside tables and two chest of drawers. A sink is also installed in that bedroom. Next to the bedroom there is a smaller living room with TV, seating and a bed in an alcove with a canopy that can be pulled out. There is room for an extra bed if desired.

Kitchen and living room
The kitchen is equipped with all thoughtful amenities such as dishwasher, microwave, fridge, smaller freezer, hob with four plates and oven. The dining table in birch offers space for all residents and has two inserts. High chairs for children are available. Next to the dining table there is a sofa, armchairs and sofa tables. Next to the sofa there is a flat-screen TV and a wood-burning stove. An AC system is mounted on the wall for cooling/heating. From the living room there is a door that leads to the terrace facing west and which has sun after noon.

Bathroom and extra toilet
The bathroom on the entrance level is spacious with sink, commode, shower cabin and storage cabinet. In addition, there is a washing machine. The walls have tiles and a wet room carpet is installed on the floor. Upstairs there is an additional toilet with sink, mirror and shelves. Here tiles that resemble Gotland limestone can be found on the floor and the walls are tiled.

Patios and the plot
The house has a wooden terrace that is separated by a lilac hedge and wooden plank facing north. There is outdoor furniture, parasols and barbecue. A large lawn is found in front of the house where guests can, for example, play badminton. The plot is surrounded by a wooden fence with gates that can be closed. The parking lot is gravelled and has space for three cars. A storage room is built next to the parking where e.g. bags and golf bags can be stored.
