The house is part of a charming horse farm right next to a nature reserve with fantastic walking paths and rich wildlife. It is located in a straight western position with evening sun on its own private terrace. Views of fields, horse paddocks and Kullaberg in the distance. It takes 5 minutes by car to the nearest beach in Farhult, but the location means that there are lots of beaches within 10-15 minutes. Adjacent to the farm, the old railway embankment between Kattarp runs all the way to Höganäs and further on to Mölle. You can walk or bike all the way. The nearest village Mjöhult is a 15-minute walk away - there is Kullamust which serves homemade cakes and light lunches.
If you want adventure and excitement, it is not far to Kullaberg with its dramatic cliffs, caves and a wealth of activities. You can rent a sea kayak, go diving, go on a porpoise safari, ride an Icelandic horse, climb down to the now world-famous Nimis or go on fantastically beautiful beach walks to name just a few examples.
On the farm there are horses and a local celebrity; the donkey Aeskild. You are welcome to take him on your walks in nature. A small dog is also on the farm.
The home has 3 rooms and a kitchen. Ground floor has a small cozy kitchen adjacent to the dining / living room with patio door out to the terrace. Upstairs there are 2 rooms with double bed and single bed. The room between has a large sofa bed for two extra beds. If necessary, an additional bed can be set up.
When moving out, you clean yourself. A deposit is charged for final cleaning of SEK 500 as the house needs to be cleaned extra due to Covid 19 between the guests.
