Welcome to a new guest house on the Swedish Riviera with a terrace facing south. Live luxuriously in mini format of 23 sqm + 30 sqm terrace. The terrace is secluded to the south and the perfect place to take it easy or grill on the Weber charcoal grill. The accommodation is perfect for 2 adults and equipped with the "world's best" sofa bed Hovden Superior which has an 18 cm pocket spring mattress and a 160 cm wide queen size. The guest house is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, Moccamaster coffee maker, Nespresso machine and outdoor furniture.

Free parking outside the house. Sheets and towels can be rented.

The fantastic nature with critical beaches and nature reserves as well as the proximity to Malmö and Copenhagen make Falsterbo an ideal place for recreation. Falsterbo is one of Europe's best places for bird watching and there are two golf courses within a few kilometers and paddle and tennis courts about 500m.
