Österlen - beautiful views in a quiet setting

"The location of the house is 1km from the Baltic Sea in a very private setting. There are beautiful field and sea views (south) from the "long side" of the living room, and also from the living room gable (facing east). It is about a couple of km to the Brantevik village and the Gislövs Hammar village, both places have nice opportunities for a swim. Along the Baltic sea, both north and south, there are many wonderful sandy beaches and a lot of nice walking or cycling areas. Österlen is also known for its various art and culture offerings. There are also some very nice restaurants in the area.

The apartment is part of a larger house, see separate photo. It is located in the upper floor, above an art gallery (not currently in use).
The apartment area is approx. 90 sqm. Two bedrooms (with "roof windows", a small kitchen, WC with a shower and a larger living room where there is a fire place and the wonderful sea views from the main windows. Outside is a large garden with one place for outside seating. The estate, also includes a pelote court, which may be used. There is a table tennis opportunity indoor as well.
