Messlingen - Spacious cottage with mountain view

Feel welcome to rent our spacious and fresh house in the mountain village of Messlingen, less than 30 km from Funäsdalen, overlooking the fantastic mountain Blåstöten. Here on the edge of the wilderness, reindeer and elk sometimes roam the plot. You have lovely hiking trails and nice mountain bike trails as well as fantastic snowmobile and ski trails outside the corner. Within walking distance there is a small shop and an inn (open in season) as well as a small ski slope. There is good fishing in the village's waters and in the summer you can rent a boat and go out on the Messlingen Lake or take a refreshing bath in the lake. 5 km from the cottage is Kappruet which is an excellent ski slope for families with children and on the same ski pass you can ski on all slopes in Funäsfjällen, such as Funäsberget, Ramundberget and Tänndalen.

About the cottage
The house was completed in 2006. There are 9 beds divided into 4 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms, 1 large room with 2 bunk beds and 1 room with a 120cm bed). On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, the main room with wood burning stove and dining area for 9 people as well as the bathroom with shower, water toilet, sauna, washing machine and drying cabinet. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a large living room with a spacious corner sofa, TV and table/work area. Wifi included.
