The house is located in Värmland's most beautiful area, surrounded by forests, lakes, slopes, the meandering Klarälven, nearby the nice, small village of Ekshärad.
There is much to do in the area: the waterfall in Brattfallet, Värmlands Moose park, many child-friendly beaches (Rådasjön's white sandy beach, Gröcken, ...) and much more, all within a few minutes drive from Ekshärad's centre.
Furthermore there are several shops, restaurants, a beautiful 17th century wooden church, a stave church, a minigolf, a ski resort, a wonderful village square and many lakes and forests with plenty of blueberries, mushrooms, cycling and hiking trails, fishing opportunities, ...

A 1 hour drive to Branäs and Hovfjället ski resorts.

The house has recently been completely renovated.
- On the ground floor there is a living room with terrace, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and patio, and a bathroom with toilet and shower.
- On the first floor there are three separate bedrooms with 8 beds (1 double bed, 2 bunk beds and 2 single beds) and a toilet.
- Parking spaces available at the house.

- If necessary, a baby bed and baby chair can be arranged without extra cost.
- Smoking and pets are not allowed!

- Weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday in the high season or after agreement with the owner.

- Bed linen can be rented for 100 SEK per set.

- Final cleaning possible for 750 SEK
