Seaside house, grounds at Killskär Hållnäs

Here you will find peace and privacy. Nature experiences and the sea, bird song and ripples. The house is in a wonderful, beautiful archipelago with a sunny location by the banks of Killskär, with the wild and untouched archipelago at close. Nice private inlet with child friendly beach together with a private bathing jetty. The house was built and ready in the summer of 2021 and is adapted for the disabled. Light and open interior. The large room and kitchen with a fantastic lake view with Örskär lighthouse twinkling in the east. TV (no dish) and a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, micro, cooker, fridge and freezer, coffee percolator, toaster together with everything that is needed in a kitchen. Shower and WC in the bathroom. One bedroom with a double bed, one with a family bunk bed and one with a bunk bed, as an addition there is a sofa bed in the large room. Car road all the way up to the house. During early summer and autumn there are possibilities to rent over the weekend.
It is about 100km from Uppsala and 70km to Gävle. Near Lövstabruk and another mill works in norduppland, Öregrund and Furuvik. Nearest ICA supermarket is 10km away.
Near to the Nature reserve for example Örnsten where you can walk out on the cliffs also by Rödhällen there are cliffs and open sea.
