On Resarö, only 35 minutes from central Stockholm, is our newly renovated villa from 1909.
Enjoy a large garden of 4500m2 with a wonderful pergola with good barbecue and outdoor cooking opportunities, a nice little guest house, apple trees with delicious apples, etc.
Two large terraces with sun on the majority of the day.
A couple of minutes away you swim in the sea and nearby you will find a beach excellent for children. 10min walk from the house you will also find the pier where the waxholm boats take you further out into the archipelago or into the city Stockholm just outside the grand hotel.
Great public transformation with bus from the island into Stockholm or drive 35min.

Absolutely fantastic property in a wonderfully peaceful area. A short walk to the water and easy access to restuarants and shops in Vaxholm. The house itself is lovely and we hope to have an opportunity to stay again in the future.Strongly recommended!
