We rent out our house which consists of a kitchen, living room and three bedrooms as well as a toilet, shower and a sauna.
There is also an unfurnished basement.
There are five beds; a family (bunk) bed 120cm (lower bed) and 90cm (upper bed), double bed 140cm and a 90cm bed. There are also three extra mattresses to lay out on the floor.
The house is approx. 20 min from road E4, approx. 3 miles to Kramfors train station and 15 minutes to Västeraspy train station. The house can be lived in all year round.
One of the best things about the house is the garden which contains both grassy areas, pine forest and rocks and has a fantastic view towards the river.
Perfect for those who want to work remotely as there is wi-fi.
It is close to High coast Whisky, approx. 20 min drive to train and E4 and approx. 30-40 min to the southern parts of the high coast.
Note! For those allergic to cats, it may be good to know that our cat Zuri stays with us in the house when we are there.
As a guest, you bring your own bed linen and clean after your stay, ask the lessor for cleaning instructions.
