The surroundings of this holiday home invite you to be active. There are beautiful walking routes, beautiful lakes for fishing or to discover by canoe and trails to explore by mountain bike.

At 200 meters from the house is a lake with a beach and play equipment. There is also a children's playground within walking distance.

The house has 2 bedrooms. One with 2 single beds (90x200) that can be made up separately or as a double bed and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed 90x200) and a single bed (90x200). Both rooms have a spacious wardrobe.

Between the bedrooms is the bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, bathroom furniture and toilet.

The kitchen is equipped with induction cooker, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, combi oven/microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

The sitting area has a spacious corner sofa, armchair, TV (chromecast) and fireplace.
There is wifi in the house.

In the basement is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

There is also a football table and a dart board and games and craft materials are in the cupboard under the TV.

The spacious garden has a fire pit, wooden terrace with garden furniture and a hammock. There is a trampoline with safety net and the garden borders a forest.


For a bike ride, there are 3 bicycles available and 2 children's bicycles

There is a canoe with life jackets available, which can be driven to the lake with a cart (200 meters).

In the wider area there are several beautiful places to visit, such as waterfalls, a troll path, moose park, etc. within a half hour to 45 minutes drive. There are also several ski areas in the area.

A larger city like Karlstad is a 50-minute drive away. And the town of Örebro, an hour's drive away, is also well worth
