Fantastic house with sea view

Cozy all-year-round accommodation from 2002 in Nyköping between the city and archipelago and a wide view over the bay of Nyköping. You have sea views from the living/dining room, bedroom and the large terrace. Here you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner undisturbed and enjoy the fantastic view.
Bathing place with a small summer-open café is 400m away. In winter you can go ice skating on the meadow behind the house and out to the bay.
The house is 60sqm + 60sqm basement. On the ground floor there is a modern kitchen, bathroom with toilet and shower, a bedroom (double bed 160cm) and a large living room with dining table. From the living room you have a view over meadows on one side and sea view on the other side. In the living room there is a sofa bed with a comfortable fold-out bed (140cm).
In the basement there are two more bedrooms (bed 120cm in room 1 and several more 80cm beds in room 2) and a bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine and dryer. However, the bedrooms in the basement are simple furnished and the basement stairs are very steep (a little better than a ladder) and unsuitable for small children to walk in themselves. There is a safety gate upstairs infront of the stairs.
On the plot there is also a small shed.
Parking spaces are available at the house.
15 minutes by bike to Nyköping city centre and the train station or 5 min by car. Nearest grocery store and bus stop less than 1km away. Close to Stockholm-Skavsta airport. From the house you can also reach Kolmården in 45 minutes and Stockholm city centre in 60 minutes.
Sheets and cleaning of the house are charged with a total of SEK 750. If you do not use the basement, cleaning will be slightly cheaper.
Children's furniture (dining chair, travel cot) is in the house. Let us know if you need it.
