An unbeatable experience!

Experience a stay in a 19th-century cottage in a fabulously beautiful and rustic environment, with a carpenter's hut and boathouse. The property is located on a small headland with a view to Sunne in the north and Nilsbysundet in the south. Viewing straight out over the water, you see the island Malön in all its glory. The plot extends over two hundred meters along Frykens lakeshore with a small private beach next to the boathouse. The main house facilitates all modernities such as a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom (toilet, shower, washing machine). The drinking water comes directly from our well, equipped with a new purification filter.

The property houses six adult sleeping places and two kid beds—four adults and two kids in the main building (two on the second floor next to a baby cot and a children's bed). On the ground floor, a comfortable sofa bed can be converted into a double bed. The last two full-size beds are located in the beautiful boathouse overlooking the water.

The rowing boat and the canoe takes you out on Lake Fryken, where we have our private fishing water along our shore. Both rowing boat, outboard motor and the canoe are included in the rent. In addition to the boathouse, there is a shed for carpentry and storage space. Several scenic picnic places are available to choose from on our headland. And thanks to the Swedish law of "Allemansrätten" the Right of Public Access, you are free to access the outdoors, forest, lake, and island. Just keep in mind: "Do not disturb, do not destroy."
