Welcome to this peaceful and beautiful place close to the skiing in Klövsjö, Vemdalen and Åsarna. Large plot overlooking a lake and placed next to the forest. Here you can go out and pick blueberries and lingonberries in late summer, go fishing or hiking, and in winter take the car to go skiing. You can also cross country ski in Rätan.

A sauna cabin is available with a dressing room and shower and wood-fired sauna.
In the kitchen you can enjoy cooking on a gas stove and electric oven. An old wood stove is cozy to burn in if you wish.

There are two bedrooms inside the house, a room with a family bed and a double room + single bed. In the house there is also a sofa bed in the living room on the ground floor as well as a sofa on the upper floor that we use as a sofa bed (where we put on extra mattress). The sauna has a double room which holds a simple standard but new matrasses and used as extra resource when we have friend visiting.

The village of Rätan is cozy and there is a grocery store Tempo within walking distance of the house. In Rätan there is lake named Rätansjön, and campsite with outdoor pools, which is affordable to visit and beautifully located. There is also an restaurant in Rätan which is well worth a visit or more.

Around Rätan there is the possibility of hiking and cycling and fishing. Fishing licenses can be redeemed for 24 hours, weeks or more.
