This stuga is fully furnished, has 2 separate bedrooms with lovely double beds, a fully equipped kitchen, living room with sitting area, bathroom with shower and toilet and a private veranda with a beautiful view. Enjoy the outdoor activities on offer of your choice, both in summer and winter.

This stuga has a living room with open kitchen. Two separate bedrooms with lovely, comfortable double beds. The beds are made with fine linen.
A (small) bathroom with a spacious shower, sink and toilet. Includes towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with a new 4-burner ceramic stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, new coffee maker, new toaster and kettle and a completely new inventory (crockery, pan set, glasses, cutlery, etc.). The stuga was recently equipped with a new heating system by means of an air heating system for even more comfort (both in summer and winter). You have your own veranda, where you can enjoy the summer, both in the sun and in the shade. Outside on the veranda you have your own wood stove for even more atmosphere.

Baby/cot and high chair are available.

You can park your car at the house. In the village of Höljes there are public transport options, but the bus only runs twice a day, so having your own car is more practical.

In the vicinity is a so-called Lanthandel (supermarket) and gas station. In the village there is also a restaurant, Finnskoga Wärdshuset, where you can have a nice meal.

The washing machine and dryer can be used on request.

Dogs are allowed, however, the dog(s) cannot run loose on the grounds. It is not allowed to leave dogs on the couch, chairs, beds, etc. It is not desirable to leave the dog(s) alone in the stuga.

Accommodation costs are all-in, except for energy costs.The consumption costs will be settled on departure based on the meter readings and current rates (rates differ per month). The meter reading is noted at the start and departure.

Cleaning costs are included in the price. The stuga is clean on arrival, we expect it to be clean on departure as well. If the stuga is so dirty on departure, additional cleaning costs will be charged (SEK 500).
