State-of-the-art in Kullabygden

Here you live in beautiful natural surroundings in a modern Scania farm built in 2012, awarded by Höganäs municipality for good architecture.

There are two buildings on the large plot. You live in one and the host couple in the other.

A 40 sqm guest house with a high standard is offered here, with its own entrance, own patio and access to part of the garden/lawn.

You live close to the best the kulla peninsula (Kullahalvön) has to offer. Within a radius of a few hundred metres, you will find sheep pens, horse pens, a vineyard, an apple farm and farm shops. 2 km to the coast and charming Svanshall. There is a small harbor and a popular harbor restaurant. Bathing is done from one of the two stone jetties or from the rocky beaches. From Svanshall and westwards, towards Skäret and Arild, you can walk along the Scania trail (Skåneleden) through the wonderful nature reserves. The food mecca "Trädgården på Skäret" is within cycling distance, 3.4 km (bikes are available to borrow). Lovely bike ride along the Kattegatte trail (Kattegattleden). St Arilds Golf Club is 2.3 miles to the west.

Everything else fantastic you can do and experience on Kullahalvön is a short distance away.
