Summer cottage in a quiet area with 500 m walking distance to the beach.

Cottage (64 sqm) with associated guest cottage (17 sqm) is rented weekly. A total of 7 + 2 beds and 2 bathrooms (2 toilets + 2 showers).

The cottage has 5 beds: one room with a double bed and two small rooms, one of which has a bunk bed. The living room has a sofa, a TV and a dining table that seats 8 people. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, fridge / freezer, stove and is fully equipped. Nice bathroom with shower and washer with dryer.

The guest house has a total of 4 beds: a double bed and a sofa bed with space for 2 people. Wardrobe with sliding doors. Newly installed bathroom with shower (in 2021).

Air heat pump in both house and guest house with AC function.

2 patios, one of which is under a roof. Grill (Weber coal).

Large secluded and sunny yard of 1600 sqm.

There is also another guest house (a Friggebod) of 15 sqm which is NOT included in the rental.

Fireplace, not in use

Haverdal offers a 4 km long fantastic beach which is also a natural reservation. The area offers nice nature walks on the beach and in the forest and also several marked running tracks in the forest as well as mini golf, marina and more. Opportunity to fish for crabs at the beginning of the beach (Båtabacken). It is close to Haverdals golf course which has both an 18-hole course, short-hole course and frisbee golf. Also close to golf courses in Tylösand, and Frösakull. Grocery store + a summer restaurant is located walking distance (approx. 1 km) from the house. 400 m from the house there is a kiosk (Margit's kiosk) with Swedish candy and ice cream, some food service in the evening and fresh bread in the morning. For more shopping, there is the shopping center "Flygstaden" about 12 km from the house with all kinds of shops. Halmstad with good public transport is 15 km away. Riccardo’s, which serves fantastic Italian ice cream, is 10 km from the house.

No pets. No smoking indoors.

Bed linen and towels must be brought.

The cottage can be used from kl. 15.00 on the day of access and until kl. 12.00 the day of moving out. The tenant must clean when moving out.
