Here you live in a beautiful and comfortable holiday home that was built in 1924 as a typical Småland family home. Now it is modern, but carefully preserved in style, most recently renovated in February 2021. Can also be rented per month accordning to rental agreement.
There are 3 nice bedrooms, 2 of which are combined with an office and for socializing. On the ground floor there is a large bedroom with tiled stove, as well as a bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin chest of drawers. Smaller living room with fireplace as well as TV (43 inch) Apple TV and Bose soundtouch for music and radio channels. Wifi is available for a fee.
Next to it is a dining room / living room with table with extra plates for up to 12 people. In the dining room / living room there is also a fantastic stove. Next to the dining room / living room there is a spacious kitchen with stove with 4 plates / oven and household appliances such as coffee maker, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, kettle, egg cooker, electric whisk, juicer. The kitchen is also equipped with the crockery needed and for preparing meals.
There are 2 entrances to the house, one facing the street and one on the sun deck which is also the main entrance adjacent to the laundry room / cleaning cabinet and the kitchen. The laundry room is new since June 2020 with washing machine, dryer and ironing and drying facilities.
A beautiful staircase leads up to 2 living rooms / bedrooms that are carefully decorated for comfort and good sleep. The larger bedroom also has a tiled stove and cupboard with seating. The smaller bedroom was renovated in February 2021. Extra beds, cot, vacuum cleaner are in a storage room in the hall.
The plot is about 1400sqm lawn is not fenced and faces a less busy road. There is plenty of seating available both on the deck by the house and on the lawn. There is also a newer sun deck on the plot with sun, dining area and barbecue facilities.
In the shed for you there are play materials for outdoor play, barbecue, sun loungers, infrared heaters and firewood. There are parking spaces for 4 cars.
