In Patamalm, about 30 kilometers north of the town of Kalmar you will find this charming, cosy and traditionally built Swedish holiday home with five bedrooms. It has a great charm from the old house but with modern amenities. It has preserved, so that there exist not only modern conveniences but also a tiled stove and a wood-burning stove. To the house belongs a small sunny garden outside furniture and grill.
Here you can spend your well-earned holidays in peace and quiet. In addition you will have here a natural and beautiful surrounding and both the sea and the forest will be found within walking distance. You can take a long walk out in on the peninsula, "Saltor" where you can experience the beautiful archipelago. Also good fishing place.
Close to the sea/archipelago is cozy Pataholm. A km south there is a large, charming, older house with 5 bedrooms and 9 beds.
Has a bit of a character of "Astrid Lindgren's" red house.
We have maintained the old character with tiled stoves, wood stove, etc. Very picturesque and appreciated by previous tenants.
Perfect if you are a large family or two families who want to live together and where you can share just a shower/toilet.
Even the family's nice pets are welcome if they are not up in the furniture.
At the back there is a small garden with a nice patio with evening sun and barbecue facilities.
Here is a quiet and beautiful environment within walking distance to both the sea (200m), swimming area 900m and the forest which is also close by. The nature and surroundings of the small village are very beautiful. You can walk along a popular walking path that runs along the lake to the bathing area and on to the sailing club cottage in Korpemåla.
The Saltor peninsula is close by. It stretches far out into the archipelago and is a fantastic opportunity when you don't have a boat to get out with. Perfect for a jog or if you bring a large coffee basket and go outside, the day will be complete. All very much appreciated by previous guests.
I have several houses in the same nice area if the week is booked.
If you like fishing, it is one of Sweden's foremost places.
