Our nice cottage in Yngsjö is only 400 meters from the sea and is close to the restaurant Yngsjö Havsbad, tennis courts, mini golf and nice walks and bike rides along the Åla coast. Yngsjö is located just south of Åhus along the east coast with proximity to beautiful Österlen.

The cottage has two bedrooms (with a 140 cm bed in each), cozy living room with stove, two 3-seater sofas and TV (and loft bed 140 cm), well-equipped kitchen (with dishwasher) and bathroom (with washer / dryer and shower). There are conservatories with plenty of seating and balconies in two directions.

The spaces, furniture and things that are in the cottage are yours to use during the week that you live in our cottage. You bring your own detergent, towels, bed linen and hygiene products. The accommodation has hand dishwashing detergent, cleaning products, duvets and pillows.

There is parking in the driveway and another parking pocket by the plot.

High season week (w 8, 15, 20, 24-32): SEK 8,500
Low season week: SEK 5500
Weekend Fri-Sun evening: varies depending on length of stay and season.

Considering high electricity prices, we may have to charge an extra fee for the electricity during the winter months. The fee will vary over time.
