Renovated house, close to the forest and the sea

Welcome to our summer house, 2 kilometers northeast from Hälleviksstrand, Orust.

The cottage was recently renovated, with an open area on the top floor, kitchen and living room are separated only by the fireplace.
On the top floor you will also find a toilet, a hallway and a bedroom with one bed, as well as extra space for an extra mattress.
In the living room we have a sofa-bed for two.
On the lower floor there is a big bedroom with a double bed, as well as space for an extra mattress.

The lower floor also has a smaller bedroom with a 140 centimeter-bed, and a large, newly renovated bathroom with a shower.

In the garden we also have a extra, smaller house, with a bedroom with two beds and a sleeping loft with three beds (mattresses).

From the house and the new terrace you have a fantastic view in three directions of the fields surrounding the house. You can see
birds of prey, roe deers and cranes.

The garden is 1000 square metres with a lawn perfect for sports as football, croquet or kubb. We also have a trampoline in front of the house.

Closest water is hardly a kilometre away and Hälleviksstrand is also nearby with nice swimming spots, cafées and restaurants.
Above the house there are vast forest areas where you can pick blueberrys, flowers or climb the mountains.

Due to water usage etcetera we have a limit of maximum four adults and six children.

You can rent the house from Sunday until next Sunday during week 25-33.
